My story begins in the heart of Transylvania, where I grew up surrounded by the beauty of mountains, forests, and crystal-clear springs. My parents instilled in me a deep love for nature—my father, a passionate climber, taught me to respect and explore the mountains, while my mother shared the joy of homemade meals and natural remedies. These moments shaped my soul, giving me a grounding connection to the earth and its simple pleasures.

But life took me far from those roots. At 20, I left Transylvania and moved to the UK, chasing new opportunities and dreams. While I achieved success—eventually working in a prestigious five-star hotel in London—I lost touch with the nature and simplicity that once defined me. The fast pace of city life and the pursuit of material success left me feeling disconnected and unfulfilled.

This realization marked the beginning of my transformation. I stepped away from the corporate world and embarked on a journey to rediscover myself. From a country farm in England to the serene beaches of Brazil, I reconnected with the practices that brought me peace and purpose: yoga, ecstatic dance, meditation, mindful eating, and long walks in nature. These simple yet profound rituals helped me realign with my true essence and find harmony in life.
